[The Outer Worlds] Why is my keyboard and mouse not working on my console?

Players are encountering an issue where the keyboard and mouse does not function when playing the game on Xbox One or Playstation 4.

Currently, the title does not support keyboard and mouse controls on console. Similarly, the Playstation 4 controller is not supported on the PC.
