If you're encountering an issue with one of Private Division's PC titles, there's a chance we may need you to give us your Epic ID. If you're not sure what it is, your Epic ID is the lengthy profile number in your account settings.
If you need to find your Epic ID, you can follow our steps below to find your ID.
1. Open Epic Games Launcher and click your Epic name in the top right.
2. Select Account.
3. Below "Account Information" you will see an ID.
4. The number that displays is the actual Epic ID we require.
